A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Umbria.
Most of our guests like to explore the nearby villages by day and return to The Farmhouse in the afternoon. The spacious outdoor terrace, just off the living room, is covered with white wisteria clinging to oak beams and features an outdoor fireplace that is perfect for cool fall nights or grilling bistecca and bruschetta. Below the terrace, the limestone swimming pool includes a paved area with chairs, lounges and night lighting. Nearby is an outdoor patio with a fire pit and stone benches. At the side of the house you'll find your vegetable garden, and in the rear is your own bocce court.
Each bedroom has its own terrace with classic Umbrian views. To name a few you'll find: sage, rosemary, bay, cherry, walnut and olive groves; fig and cypress trees; and rows of grapes from our organic vineyard.
Pool configuration: A maximum depth of 1.5 m (5 ft) and a large interior shelf of shallow water (10 in). No diving please.
