The Farmhouse

Whether watching the sun set over the Tiber River Valley, sharing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing by the fireplace after touring nearby hilltop towns, the ground floor is ideal for sharing time with family and friends.

The Farmhouse features terracotta and concrete/resin floors with oak beams and cathedral ceilings. The spacious dining room boasts a large rustic pine table and eclectic Italian chairs from the 1970s. At the heart of the living room is a limestone fireplace carved by Umbrian artisans, surrounded on three sides by french doors that open to a large terrace and rose gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, private chefs or cooking lessons: large, American-style fridge + freezer (with ice maker), Illve oven and stove, All-Clad cookware and Miele appliances. Each bedroom has its own private terrace and large private bath with hand-laid river stones, an extra-large rainfall shower head. One bedroom has an outdoor tub hidden on its private terrace. The houses feature AC, Wifi, retractable insect screens, television with SKY and bluetooth speakers.

Children are welcome and baby beds and high chairs are available.
