Rates
LOW SEASON  January-March:
$3,000/week
$450 per night: 3-night minimum

MID SEASON  April-May; September-December:
$3350/week
$500 per night: 3-night minimum

HIGH SEASON  June-August:
$3700/week

Payment
A $1,200 security deposit is required on confirmation of reservation. La Segreta accepts wire transfer or major credit cards for the balance.  Fees for additional maid service, chefs and airport transfers are paid directly to the service providers.

Length of Stay
Rentals are for 7-day periods during our high season. Check-in from 4 to 6 pm. Check-out is 10 am. During the mid and low season, we welcome bookings for 3 nights or more.

Occupancy
La Casetta welcomes a maximum of 4 guests. La Casetta has 2 bedrooms with en suites – one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles that can be combined into a queen. La Casetta is not suitable for children under 10. Please keep in mind that the property extends on two levels and that there are also stairs to reach the terrace and pool.
Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is not allowed inside La Casetta.
Maid service is included 2 times per week, and change of towels mid week.

Extras
Additional maid service, private chef or cooking lessons can be booked upon request. Private airport transfers, babysitters and guided day trips can be arranged. Air conditioning is not additional, it is included in the rental of the property. Final cleaning is not additional, it is included in the rental.
