Rates
LOW SEASON  January-March:
Full occupancy (8 + 2) US $5,850/week

MID SEASON  April-May; September-December:
Full occupancy (8 + 2) US $6,900/week

HIGH SEASON  June-August:
Full occupancy (8 + 2) US $7,450/week

Payment
A US $1,200 security deposit is required on confirmation of reservation. La Segreta accepts personal checks or major credit cards for the balance. Fees for additional maid service, chefs and airport transfers are paid directly to the service provider.

Length of Stay
Rentals are for 7-day periods, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is Saturday from 4 to 6 pm. Check-out is the next Saturday at 10 am. 4 night stays are available during low season only.

Occupancy
The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms – 3 with a queen-plus bed and 1 with a king bed (or 2 wide single beds).  All bedrooms are of similar size, all have en suite, spacious bathrooms and all have private terraces. There is a pullout couch/bed in the tv room and baby cots are available. (This is our " +2".) Children are welcome, and the long shallow end of the pool was made with youngsters in mind. Baby beds and high chairs are ready for you. There is no additional cost for baby beds.

• Rental Includes
  3 maid visits for light cleaning. (Daily maid service upon request for an additional charge.)
• Full air-conditioning throughout the property.
• Fruit, water, milk, wine, juice, coffee and other essentials are in your welcome basket upon arrival.
• Private pool. Pool cleaning once a week. Pool is open from May 1 - Nov 1.
• Change of towels mid-week.
• Private vegetable garden for your use. Plums, apricots, cherries and almond trees on the grounds. Please enjoy!
• Wifi available throughout the house. Bose bluetooth speakers for inside and out. Cell phone charging stations.
• Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer and icemaker, smeg stove/oven, dishwasher, (2) espresso machines, toaster, blender, etc.
• Clotheswasher and dryer
• Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Amenity kit with soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.
• 2 bedrooms have fireplaces, 1 fireplace in living room.
• Outdoor fireplace for cooking, and large table for dining on the terrace.
• Fire pit, bocce court and foosball table.
• Wood, AC and heating included in our rate.

Our caretaker, maids and vineyard manager are present and working in the vineyard, gardens and olive grove. They are always around and happy to help with questions, recommendations or a visit to our cantina.

Extras
A welcome dinner, a private chef or cooking lessons can be booked upon request. Private airport transfers, babysitters and guided day trips can be arranged. Air conditioning is not additional, it is included in the rental of the property. Final cleaning is not additional, it is included in the rental.

Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property and smoking is not allowed inside the Farmhouse. Please keep in mind that we are on a 70 acre farm. Our neighbors have sheep, there are a few outdoor cats and a gentle Italian sheepdog that roam the area.
