The Farmhouse

Whether watching the sun set over the Tiber River Valley, sharing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen or relaxing by the fireplace after touring nearby hilltop towns, the ground floor is ideal for sharing time with family and friends.

Both buildings that make up The Farmhouse, feature terracotta and concrete/resin floors with oak beams and cathedral ceilings. The spacious dining room is equipped with a large rustic pine table and Eames Eiffel Tower chairs. At the heart of the living room is a limestone fireplace carved by local artisans, surrounded on three sides by double hung-doors that open to a large terrace and mature gardens. With oversized stainless steel appliances, a cooks stove and a full complement of All-Clad cookware, the kitchen is the perfect meeting place for food lovers of all ages. Each bedroom has a private bath with hand-laid river stones, a private terrace, french doors, an extra large rainfall shower head and a private terrace looking out to the valley. The houses feature AC, Wifi, retractable insect screens, television with SKY and Bose docking station for your iPod.
