Payment
A $1,200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Length of Stay
Rentals are for 7-day periods only during our high season.
During the mid and low seasons, we welcome bookings for 3 nights or more.
Check-in is 4 to 7 pm. Check-out is 10 am.

Details
La Casetta welcomes a maximum of 4 guests.
It has 2 bedrooms with en suites – one with a queen bed and one with 2 singles (that can be combined into a queen). La Casetta is not suitable for children under 10. Please keep in mind that the property extends on two levels and that there are also stairs to reach the terrace and pool.
La Casetta has a private outdoor terrace with additional bathroom, dining table, kitchen, fridge and bbq. There is also a private pool (heating upon request) with outdoor shower.
Smoking is not allowed inside La Casetta. Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property.

Extras
Additional maid service, private chef, bike tours, truffle hunting or cooking lessons can be booked upon request. Pool heating. Private airport transfers, babysitters and guided day trips. Wine tastings on the terrace of our organic vineyard called Agri Segretum can also be arranged. Air conditioning is not additional, it is included in the rental of the property. Final cleaning is not additional, it is included in the rental.

Rental Includes
Maid service 2 times per week, and change of towels mid week for all weekly rentals. AC and Heat. Final Cleaning.
