We offer one side of The Farmhouse for rent to small parties during the mid season only and on a case-by-case basis.
HIGH SEASON June-August:
Full occupancy (8 + 2) US $6,950/week
A US$1,200 security deposit is required on confirmation of reservation and must be paid via personal check. La Segreta accepts personal checks or major credit cards for the balance. Air conditioning and heating are extra and will be deducted from the deposit at the end of your stay. Fees for additional maid service, chefs and airport transfers are paid directly to the service provider.
Length of Stay
Rentals are for 7-day periods, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is Saturday from 4 to 6 pm. Check-out is the next Saturday at 10 am.
The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms – 3 with a queen-plus bed and 1 with a king bed (or 2 wide single beds). This is a great configuration for groups of friends because all bedrooms are of similar size, all have en suite, spacious bathrooms and all have private terraces. Children are welcome, and the long shallow end of the pool was made with youngsters in mind. Baby beds are available. Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property and smoking is not allowed inside the Farmhouse. Please keep in mind that we are on a 70 acre farm. Our neighbors have sheep, there are a few outdoor cats and a gentle Italian sheepdog that roam the area.
3 maid visits a week. (Daily maid service upon request for an additional charge.) Fruit, breads, water, milk, juice and other essentials are in your welcome basket upon arrival. Our caretaker, maids and vineyard manager are present and working in the vineyard, gardens and olive grove. They are always around and happy to help with questions, recommendations or a visit to our cantina.
A welcome dinner, a private chef or cooking lessons can be booked upon request. Private airport transfers, drivers and guided day trips can be arranged.
